Soyabean Meal

Agricultural & Food

Soybean meal comprises of the remnants after the extraction of Soybean oil. It has high protein content and is easily digestible and that is why it serves as a very good fertilizer and an animal feed. It accounts for about 65% of the world’s total feed. It is an excellent choice as a supplemental protein and amino acid source and these amino acids are highly digestible. Soybean meal has the highest lysine digestibility of any on the commonly available protein sources. It also ranks high in methionine, cystine and threonine digestibility. In addition, the variation in digestibility is lower for soybean meal than for other oilseed meals. Soybean meal is produced through processing and separating soybeans into oil and meal components. By weight, soybean meal accounts for about 35% of the weight of raw soybeans (at 13% moisture). If the soybeans are of particularly good quality, then the processor can get more meal weight by including more hulls in the meal while still meeting the 48% protein minimum. For this product, we follow Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and we mainly provide soybean meal from USA, Russia, Ukraine and Brazil and sell it to Middle East, Far East and European countries.
