Wheat is the dominant grain of world commerce. It is easily transported and stored and it is used to produce a large variety of foods that include many kinds and types of breads, cakes, noodles, crackers, breakfast foods, biscuits, cookies, and confectionary items. A wide range of wheat products are made by humans, including most famously flour, which is made from the grain itself. It is one of the world’s most important crops. It is also a useful crop in terms of human nutrition as it contains good levels of protein and carbohydrate. We provide wheat from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Canada. We mostly export Russian, Ukrainian and Kazakhstan wheat to the Middle East and India and Canadian wheat to China, Japan, South Korea and Iran.
